New Students and Families
If you are a new family looking to enroll your child, please come by the office or complete an application for admission to St. Rose of Lima or download the admissions application here: 2017-2018 Application for Admission English. Submit your application as soon as possible directly to the office or via email at email@example.com. Upon submitting your application, you will be notified if your child has been accepted to St. Rose of Lima. Admission is determined by availability of seats and ability to meet the minimum requirements of our program. A follow-up meeting or interview may be necessary before an admissions decision is made.
For returning families enrolling new children, please complete the application for a new child first and return it before your registration appointment.
Registration Process for all Families, New and Returning
Upon admission to St. Rose of Lima, you will be contacted to come and pickup a registration packet. For returning families, these will be sent home with your currently enrolled children. Registration packets must be completed before your registration appointment with the principal. For all returning families and accepted new families: please call the office to schedule your registration appointment with the principal.
For the 2017-2018 academic year, priority registration begins March 13th and goes thru May 5th. New families that have been accepted will need to sign up for a 30 minute registration appointment and returning families for a 15 minute appointment, unless otherwise requested. After this date, registration will happen on a first come first serve basis throughout the year.
All families wishing to receive financial assistance should apply. Even if you think you may not qualify, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Academy is committed to supporting all families in making the dream of a Catholic education possible. All families interested in receiving financial aid are asked to complete the St. Rose of Lima Financial Aid application. Your family may be eligible to receive support from Seeds of Hope or ACE Scholarships. Please consult the income information sheets for each of those scholarships and complete the application. Financial aid applications must be turned in with a 2016 Income Tax Return, Form 1040 or other proof of income at least one week in advance of your registration appointment.
Families applying for financial aid must meet with the principal. A financial aid application is included in the registration packet. The financial aid application for all families must be turned in at least 1 week in advance of your registration appointment with the principal. You must have your 2016 Tax Return completed before your appointment. If you do not file a tax return, other proof of income is required.

The Catholic schools of the Archdiocese, under the jurisdiction of the Archbishop, and at the direction of the Superintendent, attest that none of the Catholic schools discriminates on the basis of sex in its admission policies, its treatment of students or its employment practices.
